Biography

After receiving his PhD, Richard taught for two years in the City University of New York.  He then travelled for two years before arriving in Cambridge in 1975.  In Cambridge he found work supervising and lecturing in the Department of History and Philosophy of Science and has continued to teach Philosophy of Science since then.
